Prepare the ingredients for the dough.

In a bowl pour warm water, add 4 tbsp flour, sugar and yeast. Mix well and put in a warm place for 20 minutes. Add salt, vegetable oil, and small parts of the remaining flour (~ 550 g), each time carefully mixing. Flour you need to add enough to get soft and dont stick to hands dough. You may need a little more or a little less flour.

Rice cook until done. Chicken cook hard-boiled eggs and remove the shell.

In a bowl put the rice, chopped eggs, salt and mix well. Roll out the dough. Form (saucer) cut the dough for pies. For each workpiece to put the stuffing. Slap the Patty, the edges well to take.
