Sole fillet cut into more or less equal rectangles (get 4 pieces), salt and pepper, sprinkle with sugar, misted with lemon juice and a drop of olive oil. Left on the table to marinate. Just specify that the language I did not like some stranger had a taste, cod familiar. So I recommend cod. But it's not for everybody. Red fish cut into cubes, put into a blender, poured lemon juice and cream, seasoned with salt, pepper and a drop of honey. Whipped into a homogeneous delicate mousse.
In the middle of each piece of sole put mousse. Wrapped with a thin edge, and roll stabbed with a toothpick. Put rolls in greased with a thin layer of fat form. On top of the rolls distributed flakes of butter. Bake in a preheated up to 150 C oven for 25 mins (Oven is different, so look for preparedness at home).
