Vegetable gratin with smoked cheese
Casserole of eggplant and potato is already delicious. And if you add smoked cheese and Parmesan, and even slices of ham for a treat. I hope you will like it.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Parmesan

    40 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Basil

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Eggplant wash and cut into rings with a thickness of about a centimeter. Kikkoman soy sauce mixed with one teaspoon of vegetable oil.

Lubricate with a mixture of eggplant on both sides.

Roast eggplant on the grill until soft.

Peel the potatoes, cut into rings with a thickness of about one centimeter and boil in salted water for 7 minutes. Pull out and drain off the water.

Grate the cheese, sausage, smoked cheese thinly slice them. The amount of cheese can vary. It all depends on preference and thickness of the cuts.
