Not all eat meat, many just do not want to eat it in the heat, and sometimes you want a break from "serious" food, so I suggest to try the rice with sauce - easy and delicious.

  • Cauliflower

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cook the rice in salted water.

Crushed garlic cloves fry in butter on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Cabbage boil for 10 minutes. Put it in a blender along with butter and garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the sauce with the broth in which the cooked cabbage to desired consistency.
