Lasagna at home
I suggest to try simple to prepare and sooo tasty alternative to the classic lasagna. The beauty of this recipe is, first, to replace the calories of Bechamel sauce to the milk mixture, and secondly, to use as a sauce home task.

Ingredients

  • Lasagna

    9 piece

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Lecho

    700 g

  • Dutch cheese

    250 g

  • Spices

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Prepare the necessary ingredients

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater; mix Egg with milk, add salt and pepper to taste; For vegetable sauce in a blender, chop home preparation Lecho, puree, add favorite spices (I used dried Basil). Lecho can be replaced by tomatoes in their own juice or any other home preparation

Repeat: lasagna, milk and egg sauce, ground beef, vegetable sauce and cheese. Pour the remains of milk and egg sauce

Spread the last layer of lasagna, pour the remains of the vegetable sauce. Send in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 45 minutes. For 5-10 minutes until cooked sprinkle with cheese.
