I loved this way of cooking duck. Simple, low cost and the duck melts in your mouth.

Cooking
Take the duck and RUB it with spices and salt
Mix the vinegar and soy sauce. There add the chopped onions.. When the onions soak in the marinade, get it and stuffing them with duck. The duck put in an ordinary plastic bag. Pour the marinade in there. Turn over a few times-tied with the duck pack. Put on the dressing and refrigerate for a day, from time to time turning a duck.
A day later, put marinated duck in a greased with sunflower oil form. Cover with foil and put in 1H 30 min. Then remove foil and bake another 30 min to brown.
