Meat sausage-vegetable blanket
My family are all meat eaters! So every holiday I'm on a mission to eat to feed my family to them. Many different recipes have been tried over the years, but the most favorite was voted recipe of pork "under the covers". Because every time the ingredients in this same "blanket" you can change and surprise the loved ones with new flavors!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

Pork cut into large slices, RUB with crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

Prepared meat fry on medium heat with 2 sides, turning every 2 minutes for 15-16 minutes. Then the meat is put in ovenproof form, greased with vegetable oil, and place in the oven, preheated to 200 gr. on 15 minutes.

For "blankets". Sausage, pepper and cheese to grate on a coarse grater, onion cut into rings.
