Bread with pumpkin seeds
Tender bread with a creamy taste. Especially appeal to fans of pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.66 cup

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    1 cup

  • Pumpkin seeds

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

Cooking

Place all ingredients in a baking dish according to the instructions for your HP. In my Mulinex this sequence: milk, sugar, salt, butter, sifted flour, seeds, yeast. The seeds can be pre-fry. I didn't do it, but, of course, fried is tastier.
