Sugar buns
Recipe taken from the tasty blog. The buns are soft, airy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    220 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

Heated the milk to about 40 degrees, dissolve the sugar and yeast. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
