Autumn mini pie with meat
With the arrival of cold weather and autumn is on the table I would like to see a warm and cozy meals. Nourishing soups, rosy pies, hearty stews. I want to offer you to prepare delicious and beautiful units with meat stews. I like that portions are obtained and each individual gets their own mini cake. To the stew I added the autumn vegetable - the pumpkin, and in addition to green peas, which suddenly burst on the teeth and gives the dish a bit of freshness. Sauce wok dish turns out very bright and interesting.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Green peas

    2 handful

  • Puff pastry

    0.5 pack

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

The first thing you need to cook beef stew. To do this in a frying pan with a thick bottom heat the vegetable or olive oil. Saute the onion cut into small cubes until transparent. Then add the grated carrots and fry all together for about 4-5 minutes. Remove the roasted vegetables from the pan and set aside. In the pan add some more oil and put the minced beef. Cook until Golden, crushing an edge of the blade. Return the vegetables to the pan and stir

Add to the pan sauce wok for frying TM "KIkkoman". Broil a few minutes on high heat, then reduce heat and simmer stew for 20-25 minutes. If necessary, you can add some water to stew it with gravy.

Add to the stew cubed pumpkin. I use frozen, pre-thaw it is not necessary. Continue to simmer the stew for about 7 minutes.

Add green peas, fresh or frozen. Simmer a few more minutes.

Puff pastry roll out and divide into small rounds. Put the dough into the mold for muffins.

In the dough put the stew together with the sauce.

Every unit cover cap from the test. Make a cut in the middle crosswise. the yolk, beat and lubricated from the top.

Bake in the oven at 180C for about 40-45 minutes.
