Pork on the grill - what could be better!!! Especially when it is browned on the outside and very juicy on the inside!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Spices

    0.333 tsp

  • Brine

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Swnow the neck cut into pieces slightly larger than usual on skewers

Put them in a container and pour the brine from pickled cucumbers for a time from 2 to 5 hours. Then drain the brine, the meat will dry on a napkin

Spices for barbecue, grind in a mortar. I used the spices to the meat from the company "Forester". In my opinion - a very good mix of spices with Jamaican pepper and juniper - great for grilled meats!

I cooked this meat on a special pan-grill from "Forester" - a very handy thing! The pan is placed directly on the grill, need to cook, turning the pieces with tongs. It is nonstick and it is very convenient!

Light the barbecue. The coals should be hot enough, because the pieces of meat small and well marinated in the brine they are prepared almost instantly!
