Cooking
The oven is heated to 220 C. In one container mix flour, both sugars, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In a small container slightly beat the eggs, add butter, cream, vanilla and zest, mix well. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, mix well. The dough will be very thick.
Put the dough into shape, covered with paper, flatten. Work a thin layer of dough. I have a form 23х18 see on Top lay the sliced peaches, slightly press them in the dough.
