Wheat porridge with tomato and nuts
Conventional wheat porridge turns into a very interesting dish.

Ingredients

  • Wheat groats

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Dill

Cooking

Onion and carrot finely chop and fry in vegetable oil TM Oleina 5 minutes, then pour in 50ml. water and add tomato paste. Simmer, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes.

Boiled wheat add to the vegetables with the tomato sauce, heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add the finely chopped nuts, salt and pepper, paprika and dill. Mix, simmer 1 minute.
