Duck legs with potatoes in the oven
Delicious and fairly easy dish for the lucky owners of duck legs. Help yourself!!! Of course, you can substitute chicken legs, but the duck... is a duck!!!

Ingredients

  • Duck

    6 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Fenugreek

    1 tsp

  • Juniper

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    50 ml

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Bow white

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Basil

    1 pinch

  • Cheese

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Duck to wash. Dry. Folded into a suitable container. Add spices. Pour the sauce-marinade.

Mix well all the spices with the chicken legs and leave to marinate. I usually clean the refrigerator and baked chicken the next day.

Prepare the vegetables. Peel the potatoes and onions. Wash the tomatoes.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Put marinated chicken legs skin-side down.

Cut the onion into 4 pieces, put the pieces of onion on the bottom of the form in the spaces between the legs.

Cut potatoes as pictured, not too thin, spread a layer of chicken legs. On top put sliced sliced tomatoes. If You like Basil, sprinkle them with tomatoes. Include warming up the oven to 200*

Close the layer of tomatoes, another layer of potatoes and spread the potatoes leftover marinade.

Send the form in the oven for 1 hour. After 40 minutes I covered the dish with silicone lid that the top is not burnt. Be guided by Your oven!!!

After an hour of roasting, take out the form and sprinkle the top a small quantity of grated cheese. Can we not do that, but we even tastier.

Return the dish to the oven for another 10 minutes. Bake the cheese until the desired crust color.

That's all!!! Our aromatic, juicy and very tasty dish is ready!!!

While the dish was baked, I washed the arugula and made a simple salad of onions Yalta and Azerbaijani tomato on pita bread with small quantity of salt. (pita bread, an onion ring, salt and the top slice of tomato, sprinkle with herbs)
