Very impressive and tasty dish that will look great on the holiday table. Cooked very easily. The meat is tasty and tender, and the filling of couscous takes on the incredible flavor and taste.

Meat wash, dry. RUB some salt and pepper. To prepare the marinade: it is squeezed into the bowl the juice of orange and lemon, add the grated ginger and honey. Mix well. Put prepared meat in a container and pour the marinade. Cover and remove to marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
To prepare the filling. For this couscous put in a bowl and pour hot water in the ratio 1:3 for 5 minutes, covering the pre-cap.
To take the lid off and stir the couscous, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Chop the parsley and dill and add to the couscous kusu, mix well.
In the meat to make pockets.
Stuff the pockets with a filling of couscous.
Spread the meat on a baking sheet covered with foil, grease the top of the meat pocket with the remaining marinade and put in a preheated 180 gr. the oven, for 45-50 minutes. The meat periodically to get it and to lubricate the separated juice.
