Cooking
Here's our breast, they need to be boiled in water for 20 min. (the Water I salted)
Thereafter, the heated oil fry the Breasts on all sides.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: garlic skip through the press, add mayonnaise, Kikkoman soy sauce and 150 ml of the broth obtained from cooking the Breasts. Mix everything carefully. The remaining broth can use at their discretion - of use in my household :)
Pour breast with sauce and simmer 15 min after boiling on low heat. During this time the breast 2 times to turn. The aroma is incredible!
Breast is ready! To put them to feed on a dish, pour the remainder of the stewing sauce, sprinkle with chopped dill.
