Very quick easy tasty cheap meal. I cook when there is some ground meat or leftover meat, but not enough for everyone (we have a big family). Children are very fond of. To prepare the ingredients.
Finely chop the onion and garlic
In a pan with non-stick coating sauté the onions and garlic in vegetable oil
