After that, take out, overturn on a back, low down the temperature to 160* and send it back for 2.5 hours, forgetting about its existence))) after 3 hours of baking, open the goose, remove the foil and bake until tender, Golden brown (approximately 30-40 minutes). Turn off the oven and leave it to "rest" for 20 minutes. In total Gus spends in the oven for approx. 4 hours, but so tender and soft the meat turns out!
