Cooking
Take a piece of fish, wash it and dry it. Cooking dishes for the microwave, preferably with a lid.
Lay the fish in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Put in the microwave at a power of 700 to 8 minutes. Take out.
Lunch at work for me is ready!
