Roast pork with onions and plums
Meat is tender, flavorful, and the pieces just melt in your mouth! And yet, very satisfying and original meat dish. Welcome to the table!

Ingredients

  • Loin

    800 g

  • Honey

    3 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    3 tsp

  • Balsamic

    3 tsp

  • Mustard

    3 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Drain

    6 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Dry red wine

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • A mixture of spices

We will prepare our ingredients.
