This recipe was given to me by my colleague by the name of Vika. I slightly adapted themselves, so the casserole is named in her honor. And I prepared her for the competition on the night when the Russian hockey team defeated the American with the score 4:0. Casserole turns out very light and delicate. Figure it is not felt, but the expense of it it turns out is very satisfying. This pudding is very good to prepare on the eve in the evening, let it cool down and infuse, and in the morning or in the afternoon of the next day to enjoy a surprisingly light taste.

Cooking
In this recipe you can use any already cooked rice. But if not, we will prepare as written on the package of Jasmine rice. Rice pour boiling water in the ratio 1:2, add salt, bring to boil and simmer under a lid for 10 minutes.
Broccoli and cauliflower boil until tender in salt water to pull from water and let cool. Break it into florets.
Leeks (white part) clean, cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, add the pepper, coriander and cumin, mix well and remove from heat and allow to cool.
A baking dish well greased with vegetable oil and sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs. I have a form of glass with a volume of 2.4 L. the size of 18 cm x 30 cm x 5 cm
On the bottom of the form in staggered lay out broccoli and cauliflower.
To fill the eggs beat well with a mixer.
Add sour cream and cream cheese. Again all beat well with a mixer.
Now add the cooled onion,
The cooked rice and mix well with a spoon. You can add salt and pepper to taste.
Now add the baking powder and flour. Everything is very well mixed. The consistency of the dough is obtained as pancakes or thick cream.
Now carefully spoon put the dough-fill in the form on the cabbage. I have to spread with a spoon, so each "hole" was covered with fill, and remnants can be safely poured on top and leveled. So should be on top
And on the side. The form put in a preheated 180 C oven for 50 min.
That's the beauty turned out. I covered a paper towel and left to cool down to rest until morning right on the table.
And in the morning, with sour cream or just because with tea you can enjoy.
