Cooking
Mix eggs, grated cheese, grated on a fine grater carrots, chopped greens, grated on a coarse grater frozen fish fillets.
Add soy sauce "Kikkoman". Salt and pepper to taste. Keep in mind that soy sauce is salty!
Pour the cream and again mix well.
Pour in the ground a handful of cheese sticks. You can use a salty cracker type "Fish".
fry the omelette under a cover, or bake in the oven.
