Cooking
Oil, butter heated in a frying pan. I like this combination, if the chicken you just fry, it gives a very nice creamy flavor and taste!
Fry over high heat our shins up to crust! Literally by the minute.
Mushrooms chop tomatoes. If You, like me, take mushrooms, but sliced them together with legs crosswise, so they will give more taste.
In the same pan throw in and fry them to a crisp.
Pour the broth, wine, and a couple of minutes to evaporate the alcohol. If You cook without wine-just add broth and immediately proceed to the next stage.
Add the cream, mustard and simmer 10 minutes, until the sauce slightly thickens. Salt, pepper to taste.
Our lower leg put in a heatproof dish. Pour our sauce with mushrooms. Sprinkle with thyme, or, as I put a few sprigs. I even sprinkled a little fresh rosemary. Put in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Take out and serve with your favourite side dish! Or just add more mushrooms and serve as a separate dish!
