In the childhood visited a village in the Voronezh region, and there I had the opportunity to taste first, buckwheat with meat, bacon and mushrooms. It was something extremely tasty, separee soul. With the years about the recipe I forgot, but as adults start to reproduce from memory. As I said, it is very important to observe the sequence of layers to the right taste.
