But rather on the basis of currant mashed with sugar. And you make such a blank for the winter?   • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

Here are our products - they are not too much.

First mix the yogurt (or sour cream, or yogurt) and mashed the currants with the sugar. Add to this mix 1 dessert spoon of baking soda (under the knife), or slaked vinegar or lemon juice. Stir and remove the mixture in the fridge for about an hour. To be honest, I cleaned for 15 minutes and 3 hours, did not notice a difference. But it's written in an hour ;) This time I do not consider as cooking.
