Frittata
Something in between, but very tasty and tender, between the casserole and scrambled eggs with spaghetti. Good both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Milk

    70 ml

Cooking

Whisk the eggs. Add milk.

The cooled macaroni and add salt and pepper to taste, add grated cheese and stir.

Eggs and macaroni and combine.

Grease the pan with butter, spread half of the spaghetti with the egg mixture, and top with slices of smoked sausage. Fillings do not regret)))

On top of the sausage spread remaining spaghetti, then cook on slow fire for 10-15 minutes on each side until it forms a brownish crust.
