Cooking
Wash the wings. Skin leave. Each wing cut at the joints into three parts. The third joint (the smallest) to throw away. Wings to put in a container (e.g. a pot). Pour soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey (if honey is too thick, pre-melt it in the microwave).
Season with salt and pepper, add the garlic, spices.
Put them in a container. Down put thick pieces to let them stew better.
Upstairs are average. And pour all the marinade. Close the lid. Put into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. I marinate usually 12! So, just in case)) preheat the Oven to 180 gr. Wings spread in the form. Cook 40-50 minutes.
