Leg of lamb
If you are tired of poultry, pork or beef, I suggest for the New year to cook the lamb. Very tasty lamb turns the recipe. It's very simple.

Ingredients

  • Leg of lamb

    1.5 kg

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Leg of lamb my. Wipe. Make cuts and force be chopped garlic.

Make the marinade for the lamb. For this mix Kikkoman soy sauce, vegetable oil, rosemary, pepper, salt and sugar.

We cover with marinade leg. Tightly stacked in the package, close it up and leave the leg at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.

The leg is put into the oven bag and sent in a preheated 220 gr oven for 1.5 hours. Then cut the package down the middle and bake at 160-180 gr another 30 minutes until it will turn brown. My leg were in the package all 2 hours and acquired a fine color and flavor, I don't cut, just reduce the end temperature. Well, it turns out very tasty.
