Chicken filet in lime-honey glaze
I love sweet and sour sauce and I must say that it is perfectly suited to the bird. For me the combination of the sourness of lime and the sweetness of honey is simply marvellous, so I recommend to enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    370 g

  • Lime

    2 piece

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Figure

    125 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

In a saucepan pour water, add salt (1/2 tsp), put on fire and bring to a boil. Bags of rice Kuban put in boiling water and cook for 25 minutes.

And while cooking rice, cook chicken in a lime-honey glaze. Chicken fillet wash, dry and cut into strips.

With lime to remove the zest and squeeze the juice.

... and soy sauce.

Chicken fry in olive oil for 5 minutes over high heat.

Then to the fried chicken add lime-honey mixture, sift the corn starch. Stir and fry for another 5 minutes on medium heat.

Next, add the water, stir and simmer for 10 minutes under a lid.
