Mackerel stuffed with salmon
Tasty, succulent fish can be served hot as well as cold snacks. For starters the fish in foil to put under press to cool. and then cut into slices. For the side dish I was served brown rice.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    150 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Seasoning

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Rice brown

    2 piece

1. The rice dipped in boiling salted water and cook according to the instructions on the package.

2. Mackerel cut from the back, remove the entrails, gills, remove the backbone, wash, dry. Foil sprinkle with oil. skip through the press garlic. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with herbs, salt. Put the fish. Salmon cut into strips and put on half a mackerel.

3. Cover salmon with second half of fish. Again, drizzle with oil, juice, sprinkle with herbs and salt. Wrap the fish tightly in foil. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for about 20-25 minutes.

4. Packets of rice to take out. to drain the water. Fish cut into pieces, serve with rice. Bon appetit!
