Pancakes
Pancakes stuffed with duck breast and wild rice. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Breast of duck

    200 g

  • Damn

    8 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Wild rice

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

Onions finely chop.

Finely chop the duck breast.

Onions fry in sunflower oil (I have a TM Oleyna) until Golden color.

Add duck breast to the onions and stir. Add sour cream, salt, nutmeg and pepper.

Pre-boil the rice mixture.

Boiled rice; add to the meat with the onions, simmer 5 minutes.

Then pour the filling into a bowl and add the grated garlic. Mix well.

Crepes to fill with stuffing and serve.
