Meat rolls fingers
One day I wanted to cook something special. And I found a cookbook and my eye caught this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

Slice the pork tenderloin slices 1.5 cm thick.

Meat tenderizer.

To make the sauce: in the mayonnaise, add spices and garlic.

Salt and pepper the meat on both sides. With small amount of sauce, a piece of meat, put on cheese with prunes. Do the same thing with the rest of the meat.

Rolls fry in vegetable oil, about 1 minute on each side. Then bake in the oven at temperature 250℃ 50 minutes.
