Quick, hearty and delicious recipe. The combination of the Krakow sausage, potatoes and onions will not leave anyone indifferent man! The taste is not different from the popular dishes served in pubs. Well, this is my debut recipe, so I will be glad to comments and feedback.

Onion peel and finely chop. Sausage cut into small pieces. Potatoes clean and cut into pieces
In a deep frying pan (skillet) heat the mixture of oils. Fry the onion until Golden brown. Add the sausage on high heat, fry until Golden brown.
Add the potatoes, stir and pour in 1/2 Cup of boiled water. Stew under a lid, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are done 15-20 minutes (potatoes cook faster! Try in the cooking process)
Evaporate excess liquid. For 5-10 min until tender add spices, stir, doselevel to taste. Dill finely chop, add to the pan, stir and remove from heat.
Serve garnished with fried eggs from one egg.
