Pollock under the coat
Vegetable fish under a fur coat - not a rarity, but I decided to cook it to your liking and submit here. Easy dish, which is particularly suitable for those who adhere to proper nutrition.

Ingredients

  • Pollock

    3 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Cut the fish into pieces and pickle in lemon juice, spices. Leave for 10-15 minutes

Cut onion into half rings and fry in small amount of olive oil until Golden brown. To the pan add the diced tomato and zucchini. Stew for 5 minutes

Pickled fish spread on a baking tray (my baking tray is large, does not buy a small= ( ), pour the remaining marinade on top.

Spread on top of our "coat" and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
