Cooking
For this dish I have used basmati rice.
Boil the rice until almost cooked (see instructions on the packaging). Meanwhile, slice the chicken fillet into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, fry in vegetable oil until whitening. Pour Chile, Emir and cumin, mix well. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice to the chicken, pour a bit of rice water, stir.
Add green peas, add sesame oil and soy sauce.
Stir, heat for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
