Muffins with currants
Light and fluffy muffins with zesty acidity and aromas of vanilla and currant. They are very simple to manufacture and does not require large expenditures.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Milk

    180 g

  • Black currants

    50 g

Cooking

In a small bowl beat the egg, add the butter and milk. Stir with a whisk or spoon.

In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla sugar.

In the bowl of the dry mixture pour in liquid and mix until smooth with small lumps. Add the currants and stir again.

Preheat the oven to 200 C. Meanwhile lubricated our molds with vegetable oil and spread the dough. Baked the muffins for about 20 minutes. Check the readiness with a toothpick.
