Preparing this dish is very simple :-) so, I have a pot of 1.5 L. the Potatoes cut into pieces, carrots grate on a coarse grater. Put in a pot 1/3 of the potatoes, put the cheese, the carrots and the rest of the potatoes. From top to distribute the butter pieces. Fill it with water. On a coarse grater to grate the cheese and put in the pot. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions. Put in oven until cooked. Served to the table hot.
