Description
Pie pie -pie is known to all. Adding Apple pie currants and sour cream layer, we get a new version of Charlotte. Very tasty, tender, with a pleasant acidity. This cake can brighten even the celebratory layer.

Cooking
One egg divided into whites and yolks, the protein put into the refrigerator. The yolk and whisk one egg. Add to egg mixture 2 tbsp cane sugar Mistral, mix well.

Apples wash, dry, peel and cut into pieces.
To combine the sliced apples with currants (some currants to leave for decoration), add 3 tablespoons of the remaining sugar cane Mistral, mix well.
The form of split ( I have 18 cm in diameter) grease with vegetable oil, pour the batter.
For the dough Apple-currant stuffing.
Top sour cream layer and sprinkle left the currants.
