Description

Chocolate and brandy Fudge
Chocolate! A lot of chocolate!!! Absolutely not cloying, not hard, cut well, soft. The cognac leaves a pleasant aftertaste, however, in the original recipe instead of the brandy was the liquor, "Bailey's" well, it was not in my bar! Yes, there was another pistachio, can't find unsalted pistachios anywhere. And they would look beautiful here... had to replace the hazelnuts... Oh, and another small addition - next time a little less marshmallows and more walnuts. By the way, great idea for those who making sweet gifts for the New year for your family and friends. And how wonderful to eat them white wine, liqueur or other spirits, which take more to enjoy... And tea, of course, too good! Well, that's all I wanted to write. Do not eat a lot of this Goodies, but it can be addictive!

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk

    100 g

  • Cognac

    50 g

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Hazelnuts

    50 g

  • Cookies

    75 g

  • Marshmallows

    100 g

  • White chocolate

    50 g

Cooking

step-0
Broken chocolate, brandy, butter, condensed milk put in a saucepan and put on a steam bath.
step-1
Continuously stir with a wooden spatula until the chocolate melts and the mixture turns into a homogeneous mass. Remove from the heat.
step-2
Add to the mix the nuts, crushed cookies, chopped marshmallows.
step-3
Mix everything carefully and pour into a silicone form (I have not began to lay a paper for baking, as without it, the frozen mass is well out of shape). If You form is not silicone, of course, it is necessary to lay a paper for baking. Chocolate should be well compacted with a spoon in the form without leaving voids (like me). The size of the form ones 8x20 cm
step-4
The form put in the refrigerator, so the chocolate mass is well frozen.
step-5
White chocolate to melt and cause them to thin strips around the chocolate product and again for the time put into the refrigerator.
step-6
Well all, enjoy!!! Yes, I've even thought (hindsight's twenty-twenty) was a lot more to add pieces of white chocolate.
