Description
This is a simple and interesting burgers, most importantly, they like my 3 year old son who eats liver only in the form of toppings in cake))) but now in the fries eats with pleasure. Everyone knows how useful the liver, and us moms, we have to get out, who knows how. The taste of the meatballs tender, juicy, crispy crust. the liver is not particularly sharp taste, maybe because it is not in the form of the filling in the mincemeat.
Ingredients

Mix the minced meat with chopped liver into cubes, add salt and "herbes de Provence" (you can also add a few cloves of garlic, acuity will not, but flavor))
Wet hands in cold water, form a Patty from mixture and roll her in flour and breadcrumbs.
Fry the cutlet in hot pan in small amount of oil. (I had full heat on a small burner). I was roasted for 5-7 min. on each side, the second side fry under the lid.
