Shark under tangerines
For many of us sharks are associated with a ruthless and efficient predators that roam the oceans in search of another victim. However, for some inhabitants of the planet shark is a common fish, which serves national cuisine. However, the shark at all times was considered a special treat and belonged to the noble species of fish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Mandarin

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Shark steak defrosts.
