Cooking
Boil potatoes until soft and cut into thin slices. Shinkuem cabbage, carrots three on a coarse grater, onion cut into half rings. Fry the vegetables in sunflower oil with the addition of finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Ready the ingredients put into the form in layers: potatoes, roasted vegetables, potatoes.
Make a sauce: mix 1 egg, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the casserole and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
Take it out and eat a delicious and aromatic vegetable casserole!
