Cutlets from buckwheat

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

Cook buckwheat. Mince. Fry the onions in vegetable oil and mix with buckwheat.

In buckwheat add the egg, mix well. Add mayonnaise and mix well. To form cutlets and to fry from two parties.

Now you need to make the sauce. Fry the onions in a saucepan, add the carrots (on a coarse grater). In a glass of water to dilute the tomato paste and pour into a saucepan, add the sugar, salt, pepper and Bay leaf. Bring to boil and after 3 minutes turn off.
