Banana and honey cupcakes
Long to come up with the name of your first recipe, but nothing except the banal "Health" not found... So show mercy to the new guy and try not to violently beat me.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    210 g

  • Banana

    300 g

  • Honey

    80 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Coconut oil

    80 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    80 ml

  • Corn starch

    1.5 Tbsp

Sift together flour, soda, starch, and salt. Mix with spices. Mix all dry ingredients

Mix the butter and honey until smooth. If honey is solid - can be softened in the microwave, but not entirely liquid state.

Add eggs to our mix. Very well all whisk until completely smooth. Now it is best to turn on the oven and preheat to 180C and grease the form of oil, to be ready for baking.

The banana turned into mush. You can pick it up, you blender.

Add a banana to our liquid mixture. Stir well until a homogeneous liquid slurry

Now important: gradually add liquid mixture to flour: just 5 tablespoons of flour, then a little bit of hot water, stir a little flour, stir, then again a little hot water and so little by little add the flour and water. The water you have run faster flour. Add the remaining flour slowly, stirring constantly. As soon as I added the remains of flour, just a little mix until smooth and our dough is ready. Don't need him to interfere and long overdo! It may not go up if with him a long time to work. The dough was like very thick cream, but it is easily mixed and easy to apply to the form.

We put our cupcakes in a preheated 180C the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Look at your oven and check with a wooden stick.
