Pork chops with cheese
Very hearty, juicy, flavorful meat!

  • Pork

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • Red currants

Wash the cilantro, drain and chop (set aside a little of the herbs for later) and mix with shredded cheese.

With a sharp knife to make each cue a deep cut. Chops filled with stuffing. Holes to chop off a toothpick below the pockets didn't open during frying and the filling fell out.

In a mortar grind your favorite spices. I have black pepper, cumin, thyme, red pepper. And you can get your mix or use ready seasoning for grilling.

Thoroughly coat the chops with marinade. Season with a little salt (salt with caution, remembering that cheese is salty product) and put into the container, shifting each mashed the cue ball directly in the hand of currants. Leave in a cool place for at least 2 hours.

Bake on grill about 20 minutes turning regularly. Ready meat to decorate with sprig of mint and currants.
