Roasted potatoes with pork
Delicious fried potatoes with meat, sprinkle with dill!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat to form a white crust (not roast).

Wash and peel 5-6 small young potatoes.

Add the potatoes to the pan with the meat.

Add salt to taste and pepper. Fry until cooked on low heat.

Crumble finely the dill and garnish finished dish. Bon appetit!
