Cooking
Take fresh potatoes, very carefully wash and put on to cook (not clean-boil in their skins). When the potato is cooked-cleaned it, pounded into a puree
Add thawed spinach. If fresh spinach-washed, blanched, squeeze and grind into a puree. The potatoes and spinach add grated Parmesan, the yolks and a pinch of salt
Gradually introduce the flour, until You obtain a dense dough. Gently knead the dough with your hands so that it became viscous and slightly sticky.
Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll each sausage with a thickness of 2 cm Cut into slices 1.5 cm and the shape, slightly pressed with a fork
Heat a little olive oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan. Fry it finely chopped garlic until Golden brown.
Add the tomatoes, Basil and simmer 10-15 minutes, until the sauce becomes smooth
Drop gnocchi into boiling salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes until they float to the surface. Drain in a colander, drain and place gnocchi in the pan with the sauce. Add chopped up ricotta and stir.
Before serving-sprinkle the gnocchi with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Our gnocchi is ready! Frankly, starting to cook-think nothing (!!!)result! The gnocchi turned out so DELICIOUS, just delicious. Probably the reason is the combination of great sauce and spinach in the potatoes, I don't know. But such delicious gneckow never ate. Really, very, strongly suggest-try it! You and Your family will appreciate!
My little baby just took and ate a whole portion rockov (though we gave him a"try "gnocchi without the sauce). Help yourself!
