Recently I became interested in the various forming rolls and pies. Fortunately, the Internet is full of information and workshops with a beautiful cutting test. And here is one site I came across a photo with a cake in the form of a basket with flowers (the "home fries"). I have no doubt that the recipe for such a test is already on the website, but it is flexible (although, if you have to cook the recipes with such forming rolls, just shout:))). Of course, to the level of the Creator of this cake I have to grow and grow, but still I decided to try it. And that, dear cooks I did.

This dough I really like: ever since I purchased a bread machine, I use this recipe constantly. In the recipe book attached to the bread maker, it's called "Dough for croissants". Make it and bagels, and scones, and cakes. The dough is good because you can use any filling - it is unsweetened. And the products can be found in any refrigerator, and locker. Here's the food for the dough (except water).
Yeast dough I almost always mix in a bread maker: well I'm not very good so knead the dough well with your hands, as needed. The dough is 1.5 hours: kneading, lifting, mixing and another rise. So, bucket for the bread machine (or in a saucepan if you are making the dough by hand) add salt, sugar (if you want the pastry sweet, add more sugar), beat 1 egg, pour vegetable oil.
Sift flour. My recipe: 3 cups of flour (ie, 3 cups for 200 grams). I weighed, turned out to 520 grams. But it came out watery, although the process can be corrected.
Pour warm water (about 40 degrees). On top of the roller coaster make the flour deepening and add the yeast. Set on mode "dough". If you don't have a bread machine to make dough the usual way: mix the yeast with the sugar and dilute in a small amount of warm water, add a couple tablespoons of flour. When yeast suit, mix with the remaining ingredients, knead elastic dough, cover with a towel and allow to rise for about an hour, stir and leave for another 30 minutes.

While the dough was ready, we prepared the filling: jam, nuts, poppy seeds and cinnamon. The toppings took me very little but it at your discretion.
The ready dough put on the table. I got the batter watery, so I sprinkled flour.
