Spring rolls with minced chicken and mushrooms
Spring rolls rice paper with minced chicken, mushrooms and rice noodles. Delicious and original dish!

Ingredients

  • Rice paper

    15 piece

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Noodles

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 share

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Ginger

    200 g

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

Rice paper. 15 sheets. Separately, prepare the warm water where we will dip the leaves before making rolls.

Rice noodles. Boil according to instructions. Rinse well with cold water.

Any olive oil for frying ingredients: minced chicken and mushrooms.

Rinse the mushrooms in cold water. Sauté until tender in olive oil. You can use any mushrooms to taste.

3 cloves of garlic finely chopped. Optionally finely chopped white or green onions. Garlic fry in olive oil.

Minced chicken. It took me half of the package. Fry in olive oil.

Chop the carrots. I used carrots in Korean. For acuity.

Mix all the prepared ingredients for the filling in spring rolls: minced chicken, rice noodles, carrots, mushrooms. Add salt and pepper, also a little balsamic vinegar. The sheets of rice paper to soak in warm water (as specified in the instructions), fill the prepared filling and return to the rolls (or envelopes).

Ready-made spring rolls served with soy sauce and pickled ginger. On request they can be fried in deep fat. Also turns out delicious!
