Braised carrots
This useful, quick and easy dish.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

Carrots wash, peel, cut into sticks or slices. I like circles.

Add to the carrot water, sugar, vegetable oil. Add salt and simmer until soft. I have to extinguish on weak fire took 25 minutes.

Then pour the hot milk and stir, bring to a boil.
